- 02 Maximum 2 adults per room (partners welcome, queen bed)
- 03 No children under 10 allowed
- 04 No pets allowed
- 05 Visiting hours: 08:00-22:00
- 06 Mandatory RT/RW registration within 1×24 hours (we help with this)
- 07 Cleaning dues included in the rent
- 08 Deposit deducted for any damage upon move-out (fair assessment)
- 09 Move-out notice required at least 30 days in advance

Sign Rental Contract
Simple 1-page contract: period, rules, deposit. Can be done via WA or in person.

Move In
Bring your ID. Quick briefing, key handover. Welcome home!
