AVILITA House is a premium adults-only executive kos in Kutuh, South Kuta, Bali that we designed, built, and run ourselves. Five fully furnished room types with guesthouse-grade standards, set in a quiet neighborhood close to Bali's southern beaches.

Our Story

A kos we wanted to live in ourselves.

AVILITA started with one idea: we wanted to live in a kos we ourselves would love. So we designed it, built it, and now run it ourselves. The result is AVILITA House in Kutuh, South Kuta - an executive kos with 5 room types from Superior to Executive.

An adults-only exclusive kos with guesthouse standards. Every room fully furnished, cold AC, ensuite bathroom with hot water, and a private mini kitchenette. Quiet neighborhood and private parking, all because we live here too.

A few months in and AVILITA House already holds a 10/10 rating on Booking.com. Guests come for short stays, remote-work weeks, and monthly residencies, and several return to book the same room a second or third time.
